We are a Condo Association. The bookkeeping firm we had hired for the association was not performing as needed, we had gone several months without receiving the monthly reports that were required by the contract (somehow, they had time to bill us anyway !) We transferred our account to Golden Heart, and Traci in a reasonable time had our account caught up and functioning as required. Since that time the account has been maintained in an excellent and professional manner. We are very satisfied with the service, and the reasonable billing for those services.
My wife and I first met Traci at an evening church meeting we were address. After a few other visits, I asked her if she would join the board at Arctic Resource Center for Suicide Prevention. She said yes and soon became our bookkeeper. In that role, Traci has really excelled! She has kept our financial records in tip-top shape and has been a tremendous asset in regards to filing our taxes. I recommend her most highly as a person and as a consummate professional.
